I dont Want to buy a calibrator when I could do that myself but the question is how? I need full instructions. Please Help.

Get a copy of the Digital Video Essentials setup DVD. The BluRay version is only $ 18.
It has step-by-step tutorials and test patterns to adjust the user settings.
Full calibration would involve getting into the service menu and adjusting things that could damage the set so I cannot help you with those. But the user-settings with a setup disk can do a lot.
